If you need to report child abuse/neglect, you can contact one of our Access workers at 715-284-4301 ext. 360 or fill out the form below. The more information you are able to provide us, the better we are able to assess for danger threats. Child abuse and neglect reports that are given to child protective service agencies are confidential by law. Unless you are a mandated reporter, you can choose to make the report without giving your name.
